The University of Kent Academies Trust (UKAT), is seeking to find dynamic, charismatic, forward thinking strategic leader, who has the energy, intellectual capacity and determination, to join our Strategic Leadership Team as Vice Principal for Curriculum & Assessment.  Whilst this role will be based at Brompton Academy, flexibility for working at our Chatham Grammar site may be required.

Applicants for this post will have a proven track record and be able to evidence successful strategies used for leading and reviewing of curriculum planning, developing teaching and learning policy and practice, Ofsted preparation, data analysis, leading and developing staff.  

This post will require resilient individual who relishes a challenge and is not adverse to taking risks. The post holder will be key member of the strategic UKAT senior team, leading across Brompton Academy and Chatham Grammar.
