Our HR Team are going through a period of significant transformation to ensure outstanding service delivery is at the core of everything we do. The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality, professional human resources advice, guidance and support to schools and central services teams. (see job description for more detail).

Since its creation in September 2010 Swale Academies Trust has become a strong and successful school improvement service, specialising in taking schools in Ofsted category and turning them into good schools.
