St Michael's Prep School is a co-educational day school, rated ‘Excellent’ by the ISI in March 2017, with 468 children aged 2-13, enjoying a beautiful location, overlooking 90 acres of land. Our state-of-the-art Pre-Prep building sets each child on a learning journey that is rich, active and inspiring. Children continue into the Prep School, taught by a large number of specialist professionals who work throughout the school to provide a rich array of curricular and co-curricular opportunities.

An exciting opportunity for a creative, inspiring, energetic and efficient candidate to join the Marketing Team has become available. The role will involve supporting the Director of Marketing & Admissions to manage the school’s website, social media, school publications (including the weekly newsletter) and various school events.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good command of the English language, will be proficient at proofreading and editing and have strong organisational skills. Also, they will have a knowledge of social media, managing a website, a good sense of design and event experience. They will be able to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills. The candidate should enjoy the creative challenge of marketing and liaising with pupils, parents, staff and the local community.

The successful applicant will have good skills in Microsoft Office including Publisher, website management skills (WordPress desirable) and be willing to be trained on the School’s Information Management System (SIMS).

Experience of working as a Marketing Assistant is desirable and within a school would be an asset.
