Main Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the Heads of Year and or SENCO to ensure pastoral support for students across a number of year groups. Taking a lead role in managing attendance, well-being and academic progress. To work with parents and students to ensure that the correct pastoral and academic support is in place and that students make progress in line with their abilities.
