Priory Infant School in Ramsgate is looking for an

Administration Assistant

to join our happy, successful school.

Salary KR 4

Hours 25 per week

Mon- Weds 8.30-1.00; Thurs 11.30-4.00; Fri 8.30- 4.00

Pro-rata on a 40 weeks per year basis

Permanent Contract

Start date 1 September 2020 (handover dates to be arranged for July)

To become a key member of our friendly motivated office team

We have an Administration Assistant position available from September 2020. You will join the schools existing Administration Team to provide a professional reception and administration support for the school’s newly appointed Headteacher.

Do you:

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
Want to help our children and families make the most of their time at our school?
Have previous administration experience?
Enjoy working as part of a team?
Like a challenge?
Have excellent IT, Numeracy and Literacy skills?
Organise your work well to meet deadlines?
Have a working knowledge of the principles used for recording data on computer systems?

Priory Infant School is a two-form entry school in the heart of the seaside town of Ramsgate. Built 30 years ago, the school features six spacious classrooms and an extension that provides additional SEND and small-group rooms. We are fortunate to have extensive outdoor space, including a dedicated wildlife area with a pond and a thriving vegetable plot.
