Northfleet School for Girls are seeking to appoint a KS5 Engagement Support Leader. The role is for 37 hours per week and term time only (39 weeks per year). The working hours are 08:15 - 16:15 Monday to Thursday and 08:15 - 15:45 on Friday.
This exciting role will see you supporting the KS5 Pastoral Leader in ensuring all students are able to engage with the Sixth Form. This will include ensuring excellent attendance, ensuring that students behave in line with our high expectation culture and engage with learning and the wider opportunities available to them. The role is varied and involves working closely with KS5 students to support them to overcome barriers through strong pastoral care.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working with young people in a school or in Youth and Community Work, Education Welfare.
