 MPS/UPS plus core subject enhancement for £5000

 Required for  September 2020

We are seeking to appoint an innovative, motivated and inspirational teacher of science to join our highly successful science department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Science and colleagues to shape the provision of outstanding learning opportunities for the students in our care. We welcome applications from both experienced candidates and those professionals looking for their first teaching role.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Westlands School is a successful, heavily oversubscribed mixed non-selective school with an excellent reputation in the community for standards of behaviour and achievement. The post offers an extensive CPD programme with further career opportunities offered through links with local providers of National Professional Qualifications.

In addition to the highly attractive salary offered by Swale Academies Trust and in recognition of the status of science as a core subject, the successful candidate will be in receipt of an additional salary enhancement of £5,000.
