Small but Mighty ! 

St. Joseph's are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team.  Applications are particularly welcomed from experienced TAs with an interest in SEND.  The role may include working one to one or supporting small groups.

This is initially a temporary one year position (with the potential for extending) in Key Stage 2.  It is term time only for 30 hours a week, the hours to be worked each day will be discussed at interview.

The salary is on Kent Range 3, the full time equivalent will be £17,365 which equates to approximately £11,649 for 30 hours a week term time.  

The closing date for applications is Friday 28th February 2020

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 4th March 2020

St. Josephs is a small Catholic school in the growing village of Aylesham and is part of the Kent Catholic Schools Partnership multi-academy trust. The school has 5 classes, two of which remain as mixed year group, and the total number of classes growing to 6 from 2026/27.
