Advert

The Stour Academy Trust are looking to recruit enthusiastic and resilient class teachers to work in KS1 and KS2 in our Swale Hub.

Due to the collaborative nature of the Trust, these vacancies could be at any one of the following schools:

Lansdowne Primary School, Thistle Hill Academy or Richmond Academy.

It has never been a better time to join the Swale hub and be part of a team that truly are making a difference to childrens' lives. At our most recent Ofsted (Richmond 2019) it was recognised that "Officers and trustees of The Stour Academy Trust have high expectations and are relentless in securing the necessary improvements. They are systematically reversing past weaknesses and creating a culture of achievement in the school."

Lansdowne was rated as a Good school with Outstanding in Leadership and Early Years by Ofsted in September 2017, with inspectors praising the school’s “high-quality professional development for staff” and “outstanding curriculum”.

Since January 2018, the trust’s renewed efforts to drive improvement [at Thistle Hill Academy] have shown credible success. Leaders’ actions are already having a significant effect on the quality of teaching and pupils’ progress.

At interview we will be able to discuss with you about the potential opportunities available at each school - please use the links above to see more details about each school or visit our websites and social media pages.

Please note: references will be requested prior to interview (once selection of applicants for interviews has been agreed)
