The Stour Academy Trust are looking to recruit enthusiastic and resilient class teachers to work in KS1 and KS2 in our Swale Hub.

Due to the collaborative nature of the Trust, these vacancies could be at any one of the following schools:

Lansdowne Primary School, Thistle Hill Academy or Richmond Academy.

Lansdowne was rated as a Good school with Outstanding in Leadership and Early Years by Ofsted in September 2017, with inspectors praising the school’s “high-quality professional development for staff” and “outstanding curriculum”.

Since January 2018, the trust’s renewed efforts to drive improvement [at Thistle Hill Academy] have shown credible success. Leaders’ actions are already having a significant effect on the quality of teaching and pupils’ progress.
