We are looking for the right person to support one of our children five mornings each week.  A good understanding of how children learn to read, write and learn maths would be desirable.

Information about the school

Elham Church of England Primary School is a small, friendly school situated in the beautiful Elham Valley, nestled between the villages of Lyminge and Barham. We have lovely, enthusiastic, hardworking and high-achieving children who are an absolute pleasure to teach.

At present, the school has 121 children taught in 6 classes. Staff are friendly and welcoming and work as part of a close-knit, effective team...one happy family!

We have high standards and want the best for all of our children.

While results are significant, we pride ourselves on providing our children with exciting experiences- a curriculum of core knowledge, skills and understanding together with confidence in their mind, body and soul with well-being at its centre is what we are about. We want our children to be well-rounded individuals, strong in mind with a lifelong love of learning.

We love to be outside at Elham Primary- our Forest School provides all the children with opportunities to learn with nature at its core. We also love sports and enjoy trying new things!

We are very proud of our school!
