Jubilee Primary School is looking for a knowledgeable and reflective primary practitioner, with KS1 and KS2 experience. We are seeking candidates who will have a proven record of outstanding quality first teaching and the experience and commitment to be able to develop and inspire our children, working with us as we further build capacity within our team as our Trust grows.

Our holistic vision of education raises standards for all its pupils by nurturing their physical, social, emotional and educational needs, within a caring community that promotes, shares and develops key Christian values such as respect, integrity, compassion, honesty, service, forgiveness, putting others first, giving your best and perseverance. Staff should not only encourage these values but also model them, acknowledging that pupils are more likely to emulate the behaviour that they see being modelled.

We are seeking like-minded individuals, who can uphold our ethos whilst bringing their own individual flair to our growing team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a passionate classroom practitioner who enjoys using creative and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
  • Has high aspirations and will challenge all pupils to make exceptional progress.
  • Has a clear commitment to school improvement, personal drive to make a difference and will contribute to the continued development of our school
  • Has English or Mathematics outstanding practice.
  • Understands that relationships are key to a successful school.
  • Is able to work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals.
  • Have a desire to work in an exciting environment, supporting the long term vision of the Leadership Team.

Jubilee Primary School is a mainstream free school with a Christian faith ethos that opened in Maidstone in 2014 and was rated Outstanding by Ofsted at its first inspection. The school admits pupils from all faiths and none, from ages 4 to 11 and has a role of 330 pupils from Reception to Year 6.
