Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting an additional Behaviour Management Lead within the company's own SEMH school Parkview Academy.
Location: Margate
Salary Range: £20,000-£24,995 Dependent on qualifications and experience
Permanent - Full Time (40 hours per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday- 08:00 to 16:00

An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken as part of our safer recruitment policy.
Qualifications and Skills
Suitable candidates will need to have experience of working with challenging behaviour and hold (or be working towards) a suitable teaching support qualification (Level 2/3). Whilst experience is highly valued we are also keen to interview staff with limited experience but with good aptitude. We welcome applications from candidates who have experience in residential care for children and young people.
Parkview Academy is an independent special school which caters for pupils with SEMH now known as their primary need, formerly BESD and learning difficulties who need a smaller, more structured educational placement in order to develop and achieve their full potential.
