£20,121 - £22,072 (equal to £17,418 - £19,107 pa depending on experience)

37 hours per week for 40 weeks worked per year, term time plus 5 staff development days plus 5 additional days during school holiday periods.

We are seeking to appoint a Destinations Officer to join our team of staff supporting students within Swale Sixth Form, and lower school pupils with careers advice. The successful candidate will provide information and guidance to students about the SSF offer and destination opportunities.

This postholder will be based at Westlands school but will work closely with colleagues at The Sittingbourne School as part of the Swale Sixth Form team.

Students have the benefit of using top quality facilities at Westlands School, The Sittingbourne School and the newly established Swale Vocational Centre. 

We offer a varied enrichment programme including work experience opportunities, mentoring and support for younger students, and the chance to organise and oversee fundraising events to name a few.
