Process Assistant - Reprographics

Required for an Immediate Start

Start Salary Grade 4, Points 12-14; Starting from £14,813.37 - £15,755.61 (£17,498 - £18,611 Full Time Equivalent).

Term Time: 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per annum.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Reprographics to join our supportive team.  You will need to have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle & prioritise extremely busy work loads and who can demonstrate a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail.

Salient duties will include; franking of post, whole school reprographics, typing & production of school publications & literature, scanning, binding & laminating, creation of certificates, organising school Parent Evenings, maintenance of school website, revision & maintenance of School calendars.

This position is Term Time plus an additional week outside of term time (39 weeks per annum in total), and the salary is commensurate to these terms.
