Knockhall Primary School are seeking to appoint a Community Liaison Officer to join their team.  The post is for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year.

As a CLO you will have the important role of working with the school to strengthen effective relationships with families and the school as well as the wider community.

For the CLO no day is the same as you will be involved in:

  • Supporting the pastoral manager in delivering parent workshops
  • Support the school in running special events
  • on hand to support families with information on local services and signposting
  • Working with children, their families and the school to lead on attendance and punctuality
  • To liaise with the education wellfare officers
  • To communicate effectively with families and provide them with updates on behalf of the school
