We require a Head of Business and IT to join The Victory Academy in September 2019. The successful candidate will oversee IT and Creative Media up to Key Stage 5, and Business, Marketing and Enterprise up to Key Stage 5.
We are a mixed Comprehensive School for 11-19 year old students of all ability ranges, where everyone works and learns within its caring and supportive environment.

The Academy prides itself as being a cultural champion in giving back to the local community and has strong links with Medway Foodbank and The Magpie Centre. The students and staff at the school proudly use their Victory Spirit to raise funds for charities that support local families.
