Are you an aspiring NQT looking for your very first teaching role? Sandhurst Primary is a school that values personal development and we are looking for an enthusiastic NQT or KS1/2 teacher, to join our team for September 2019.

We are looking for a highly skilled, energetic and creative teacher to join our teaching team. In your application we would love to hear about the skills and knowledge that you would bring to our school and any curriculum strengths and experience may have. You will be required to teach a short lesson as part of the recruitment process.

Information about the school

Sandhurst Primary School welcomes all children from 4 to 11 years of age. We also work in partnership with Sandhurst Nursery School, who cater for children from 12 months old and share our beautiful, rural site. Our excellent class sizes and family atmosphere enables us to build warm relationships with all children and families throughout their Sandhurst journey.

We pride ourselves on being a caring and happy place where children come first. We aim to develop all children’s skills and talents through a wide variety of experiences and approaches. We want our children to be independent and confident by making their learning enjoyable, satisfying and fun. Although we naturally focus on the academic, we are extremely lucky in our fantastic environment. Outside play and learning, sporting activities, including Forest School are an integral part of our working week too.
