We require a General Catering Assistant for our school.


The successful candidate will:

 Key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation and  serving of food and beverages.
  2. Follow food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen in accordance with health and safety, food hygiene and COSHH regulations at all times.
  3. Operate kitchen equipment, following training.
  4. Undertake cleaning and washing up as directed in the kitchen and dining area

 

Purpose of the Job: 

To assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages, as directed.

The position is term time only, Monday to Friday 20 hours a week 9.15 a.m. until 1.15p.m.

The John Wesley Church of England & Methodist Primary School is a two-form mainstream primary school with currently 430 pupils.
