Our NQT induction package goes beyond the statutory requirements. In addition to 10% PPA and 10% NQT time you will be provided with bespoke training every fortnight. This programme is designed with each NQT based on individual needs analysis.
We want our staff to be as excited about learning as our pupils and constantly look for opportunities to develop rich curriculum experiences. Over the past few years we have worked with the England Hockey Team, Royal Shakespeare Company and the English National Ballet.

Furley Park Primary Academy is a three form entry school on the outskirts of Ashford serving the Park Farm area. We currently we have 630 pupils on role.
The school converted to an Academy in November 2013 establishing ACE Learning, a multi-academy trust, with Hamstreet Primary School. As such we are able to offer our staff and pupils innovative opportunities to develop excellent teaching and learning.
The school had a successful Ofsted in September 2016 achieving a rating of good. Our pupils are fantastic, friendly and polite and enjoy challenging learning and inspirational teaching.
The school currently holds the Arts Mark Gold Award, School Games Gold and ICT mark, all of which are significant strengths.
