Are you an experienced SENCo looking for a new leadership challenge?

The governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and talented leader who wishes to take a significant role in the continued development of The Preston & Wingham Primary Schools Federation. This is a unique opportunity for a leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child to form part of the federation's Senior Leadership Team, comprising of the Executive Headteacher & the Head of School (Preston) / Head of Curriculum, from April 2019 to ensure the pupils at both schools receive an outstanding education. The successful candidate will have specific responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of Wingham Primary School along with inclusion across the federation.

Due to the retirement of the current Head of School and the relocation of the current Inclusion Leader, the federation is restructuring its senior leadership team. This is an exciting and innovative time for a creative leader to join the team in this full time post with no class teaching responsibility. 

It is essential that you are able to manage your time effectively, will be passionate about the ethos of the federation and are skilled at forming supportive relationships with all stakeholders.
