St Katherine's is a large vibrant primary school seeking to appoint a hard-working, reliable and committed individual to work alongside the Site Manager and complement our busy team.  The successful applicant will work with the Site Manager to ensure the school premises are maintained to a high standard and meet all current legislation.  You will need to be a good problem-solver, resourceful, flexible with extremely high standards and experience of practical and manual work, including D.I.Y projects.  A technical background would be beneficial, but no essential.  You will have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.  A full and clean driving licence is essential.  Deputising for the Site Manager is part of the job description and you should take into account the proximity of your home to the school when considering whether to apply for this position.

The salary is on Kent Range Grade 3.  The contract is for 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with 8 paid public holidays and 24 days per year paid annual leave.  For more details please see the attached job description and person specification.
