COVER SUPERVISOR REQUIRED

Kent Range 5 - £17,651 to £19,414  (£14,894 to £16,382 pro rata)

35 hours per week - 39 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise students and deliver pre-planned lessons to promote learning and well-being for our students during periods of teacher absence.

The successful candidate will generally cover lessons of any subject, set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively, promoting a positive learning environment.

In periods where cover is not required the successful candidates will support in the classroom as directed.

The successful candidate should be passionate about making a difference to the lives of students with a range of challenging needs, dedicated to maximising student achievement, excited about collaborative working and keen to join a school that is relentless in its pursuit of excellence.

This would be an exciting opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant looking to further their career or a tutor looking to develop their experience in a school environment.

The successful candidates will be able to use this opportunity to embark on an employment or university based route into teaching.

Training and professional development will be given to the successful candidate.
