We are seeking a Maths teacher who can create an inclusive and intellectually stimulating classroom environment where students are encouraged to engage in meaningful dialogue, develop confidence in academic English and grow as independent, globally minded learners. The sucessful applicant will be required to teach Further Maths.

Beyond the classroom, we are looking for someone who will make a full contribution to the wider life of the school. We value teachers who are passionate about extending learning beyond the curriculum and inspiring students through a broad range of co-curricular and super-curricular opportunities. This may include leading enrichment activities, developing innovative projects, supporting educational visits and contributing to our growing programme of microcredentials and other future-focused learning experiences.

The successful candidate will be a reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous professional development and eager to contribute to a culture of collaboration, coaching and evidence-informed practice. As part of the Dukes Education family, colleagues benefit from access to an extensive range of professional learning opportunities, networks and leadership programmes, and we expect all staff to engage actively in these opportunities and share their expertise with others.

Above all, the successful candidate will recognise that education at Earlscliffe extends far beyond examination success. They will share our commitment to nurturing curiosity, character, responsibility and leadership within a close-knit international community, helping students develop the confidence, skills and mindset to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

The role is 1 FTE (37.5 hours per week), term-time only.
