Rodmersham Primary School is looking to appoint a friendly and reliable Midday Meals Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is an important role within our school, ensuring that our children enjoy a positive lunchtime experience where they feel safe, included and supported.

As a Midday Meals Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise children during lunch in the dining area and outside.
  • Encourage good manners, positive behaviour and independence.
  • Support children to develop positive friendships and resolve minor disagreements.
  • Organise and encourage active, inclusive play.
  • Promote the health, safety and well-being of all pupils.
  • Administer basic first aid where appropriate (training can be provided).
  • Work closely with teaching staff and school leaders to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour and pupil welfare.
