We are proud of our inclusive, nurturing community — and we are still recruiting outstanding SEND teachers to join us.

  • Use assessment to track and celebrate small-step progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
  • Work closely with therapists and external professionals (SaLT, OT, CAMHS, EP) to embed strategies in daily practice
  • Build strong relationships with families, supporting them as active partners in learning
  • Promote inclusive practice across the school and contribute to CPD and staff development
  • Support regulation, behaviour and wellbeing using trauma-informed, child-centred approaches

Every day is different — but every day is meaningful, and every step of progress matters.

Who You Are

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has a passion for SEND and inclusive education
  • Has experience or developing confidence in supporting pupils with autism, SEMH and complex needs
  • Is creative, flexible and able to adapt learning to individual needs
  • Is calm, reflective and resilient, with a trauma-informed approach
  • Builds strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Works effectively as part of a collaborative team

What We Offer

  • High-quality outdoor learning spaces
  • A strong wellbeing offer including Mental Health First Aiders, Employee Assistance Programme, Wisdom app access, enhanced family leave, eye care vouchers, flu vaccinations and cycle to work scheme
