Part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust, The Marlborough is a provision for children with a primary diagnosis of autism.  As a UNICEF Rights Respecting School, we pride ourselves on working collaboratively and creatively to support children to develop skills to thrive whilst simultaneously gaining experiences and opportunities they deserve.  Currently based in Hoo, The Marlborough are at an exciting, transitional stage with a possible future move to a larger site.  

We are looking to recruit allies to join our mission to deliver meaningful, ambitious and creative holistic learning to every child. This is an opportunity for a skilled, caring progressional to be part of a nurturing team providing truly bespoke and innovative education. 

The successful candidate will work as part of a team delivering individualised curricula to target holistic progress.  Knowledge of autism, understanding of neurodiversity affirming practice and experience of specialist education are desirable. However, we are happy to hear from candidates from the mainstream sector with an interest in SEND.  

Please note that we currently have the possibility of TLR payment for Pastoral and Behaviour Leadership and are keen to hear from candidates with an interest in this area.

We are part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust where our focus is on Inclusion and recognising the uniqueness of our learners. We are an 80 place resourced provision who offer an aspirational and individualised learning environment for children with a diagnosis of Autisum.
