The successful candidate will work as part of a team delivering individualised curricula to target holistic progress.  Knowledge of autism, understanding of neurodiversity affirming practice and experience of specialist education are desirable. However, we are happy to hear from candidates from the mainstream sector with an interest in SEND 

Please note that we currently have the possibility of TLR payment for Pastoral and Behaviour Leadership and are keen to hear from candidates with ainterest in this area.
