We are seeking a Maths teacher who can create an inclusive and intellectually stimulating classroom environment where students are encouraged to engage in meaningful dialogue, develop confidence in academic English and grow as independent, globally minded learners.

Beyond the classroom, we are looking for someone who will make a full contribution to the wider life of the school. We value teachers who are passionate about extending learning beyond the curriculum and inspiring students through a broad range of co-curricular and super-curricular opportunities. This may include leading enrichment activities, developing innovative projects, supporting educational visits and contributing to our growing programme of microcredentials and other future-focused learning experiences.

The successful candidate will be a reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous professional development and eager to contribute to a culture of collaboration, coaching and evidence-informed practice. The role is 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours per week).

Earlscliffe was founded as an independent boarding school for international students in 2012 and is part of the Dukes Education group.

We currently have students from more than 30 countries across the world.

We offer a two-year A-level programme in traditional subjects together with One Year GCSE and Pre-A courses.

In September 2026, the school will be launching BTEC Extended Diplomas in Business and Sport.
