Are you an experienced SEND practitioner ready to lead and develop a high-quality Specialist Resource Provision within a thriving primary school?

Ebbsfleet Green Primary School is seeking a passionate and strategic SRP Lead to lead our Specialist Resource Provision, ensuring outstanding teaching, inclusive practice and excellent outcomes for pupils with SEND.

Ebbsfleet Green is a growing school at the heart of a developing Garden City community, where inclusion is central to our vision. Our SRP plays a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive academically, socially and emotionally within both specialist and mainstream environments.

About the Role

As SRP Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the provision, ensuring pupils receive personalised, high-quality support aligned to their EHCP outcomes and individual needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate the SRP staff team
  • Oversee personalised timetables, specialist teaching and targeted interventions
  • Promote inclusive practice across the whole school
  • Support colleagues to adapt teaching effectively for pupils with SEND
  • Monitor pupil progress and evaluate the impact of provision
  • Work closely with parents, external professionals and the Local Authority
  • Lead SEND training and contribute to whole-school CPD
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across the provision

This is a highly rewarding leadership role where you will help shape an inclusive culture and support pupils to develop independence, confidence and success.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner with strong SEND knowledge
  • Has experience supporting pupils with ASD and communication needs
  • Has leadership experience or is ready to step into leadership
  • Understands the SEN Code of Practice and EHCP processes
  • Is confident coaching and developing staff
  • Builds strong relationships with families and professionals
  • Is reflective, strategic and committed to inclusion and safeguarding
