Are you looking to begin your career in administration within a supportive and rewarding school environment?

Ebbsfleet Green Primary School is seeking a friendly, organised and motivated School Administration Apprentice to join our welcoming office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.

About the Role

As part of our administration team, you will be one of the first points of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, helping create a positive and professional experience for everyone who visits or contacts the school.

In this varied role, you will:

  • Welcome visitors and callers professionally
  • Handle enquiries in person, by phone and via email
  • Support the day-to-day running of the school office
  • Assist with a range of administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively as part of a busy team

You will gain valuable experience while developing communication, organisation and customer service skills.

About the Apprenticeship

Alongside your role in school, you will complete a Level 3 School Administrator Apprenticeship, gaining practical experience and structured training throughout the programme.

You will:

  • Work towards a nationally recognised qualification
  • Develop skills in administration, communication and IT
  • Learn how school systems and operations work
  • Receive support from a dedicated tutor and school team
  • Gain real experience in a professional environment

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, professional and approachable
  • Organised and able to manage their time effectively
  • Confident communicating with a range of people
  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask
  • A positive team player who is eager to learn

You will also have:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Basic IT skills, including Google or similar systems
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality
