We’re looking for someone who communicates brilliantly, stays calm under pressure, and brings outstanding organisational skills to a busy and rewarding setting.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, term‑time only plus one additional week (39 weeks per year).

 Are You…

  • Deadline‑driven, proactive and solution-focused?
  • Someone who works with energy, pace and initiative?
  • A supportive team player who can lead and work independently?

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the school office and line‑managing administrative staff
  • Overseeing administrative systems, communication and record‑keeping
  • Undertaking Year R admission processes and in-Year Admissions
  • Completing the School Census
  • Managing enquiries from parents, visitors and external agencies
  • Maintaining accurate data, reports and confidential records
  • Liaising with the Trust central team to update the Single Central Record in line with safeguarding requirements
  • Supporting financial and resource administration
  • Ensuring the reception area is welcoming, professional and well-presented

 We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has strong administrative or office management experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Communicates professionally with pupils, parents, staff and visitors
  • Has excellent IT skills and attention to detail
  • Can lead, support and motivate others
  • Understands confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities
  • Is friendly, calm and solution‑focused

Why Join Coppice Primary Partnership?

  • excellent professional development opportunities
  • supportive, enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues
  • a positive, challenging and rewarding working environment
  • supportive parent community
  • annual flu vaccination offered to all staff
  • a family-first approach, ensuring you don't miss important family events
  • free wraparound care for primary-aged children attending trust schools (including holiday play schemes when staff are working)
  • access to Kent Rewards discounts, cashback and vouchers
  • optional school and trust-wide social events throughout the year
  • a modern, well-equipped school with excellent outdoor learning opportunities
