Repton Manor Primary School is seeking a reliable and skilled Caretaker to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring our school site is safe, secure and compliant.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Opening and securing the school site daily
  • Carrying out weekly statutory compliance checks (fire alarms, emergency lighting, Legionella, playground safety etc.)
  • Undertaking termly OPAL play area risk assessments
  • Completing general repairs and site maintenance
  • Supporting continuous improvement of health & safety standards
  • Liaising with contractors and overseeing cleaning standards

Repton Manor Primary School is a mixed-gender foundation primary school for children aged 4 to 11, located at Repton Avenue, Ashford, Kent, TN23 3RX.
