We embrace opportunities to learn outside the classroom, from paintballing to trips to Disneyland Paris.

We understand that each of our learners is unique, and we respect and embrace their individual differences.

We have small group sizes with up to 8 in a group, depending on the needs of the individual learners.

Learner Testimonials

"We have more freedom and we are not treated as children; we're treated as adults. We are treated with respect."

"Liberty is like a little family, we all have differences, and we all accept others, it's a safe place, it feels like a home away from home. There's no ‘one size fits all; approach here - they cater to everyone's needs".

"Liberty is different to other schools and colleges because it gives you a good, bright vibe and you can also chill and relax"

"It was a helpful and positive experience. It was what education should be like."

Staff Testimonials

"I have never worked somewhere as rewarding and supportive as Liberty before. It makes me wonder why I waited so long to make the leap into Post 16 special education. The learners and staff made me feel so welcome when I started. I feel valued and have autonomy. I also have a work-life balance which is a rarity in education";.

“I have only been working at Liberty a short time, but working here has been a positive and wonderful experience; the environment and staff have been very supportive and encouraging to allow me to reach my potential, providing me with training, personal support and opportunities for growth and development.
