Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND needs
  • Work alongside class teachers to adapt learning and promote engagement
  • Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support pupils with social, emotional, and communication needs
  • Contribute to personalised learning plans and progress reviews
  • Promote independence, resilience, and pupil wellbeing
  • Build strong relationships with families and external professionals
  • Model the school’s values and champion inclusive practice every day
