Earley Springs is seeking an experienced and dynamic senior leader to join our growing Independent SEN School.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Headteacher in shaping the next phase of our development.

We are looking for a qualified teacher who:

  • Holds the SENCO qualification (or equivalent)

  • Has extensive experience supporting pupils with communication and interaction difficulties

  • Has strong knowledge of the Engagement Model, EHCP processes and statutory responsibilities

  • Is confident leading SEND provision strategically

  • Can support whole-school improvement and uphold the highest standards

Desirable:

  • NPQH or equivalent

  • Experience in specialist or independent settings

You will play a key role in safeguarding, school improvement, staff development and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our pupils.

This role is suited to a leader who is ambitious, values-driven and ready to help steer an established but rapidly developing Independent SEN School.
