We are seeking an experienced and proactive School Estates Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our school estate in line with the Department for Education’s Good Estate Management for Schools (GEMS) framework.


This is a key role ensuring that our buildings and grounds are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose, while also maximising value for money and income generation through effective management of school lettings delivered via an external


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:


• Experience in estates, facilities or property management (ideally within an education or public sector environment).
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets and building projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and providing a safe learning environment for students.
