Exams Support Officer (Term Time Only) 

Haven Nook School is part of the Tuition Extra Group which is looking for a highly organised Exams Support Officer to help deliver smooth, compliant, and supportive examination processes across our centres. If you’re detail‑driven, calm under pressure, and committed to maintaining the integrity of assessments, this role could be a great fit. 

The Role 

  • Support the Exams Officer with all exam administration and JCQ‑compliant processes 
  • Communicate clearly with students, parents/carers, tutors, and staff 
  • Handle confidential data with accuracy and professionalism 
  • Assist with Access Arrangements and maintain secure evidence files 
  • Coordinate, schedule, and support exam invigilators 
  • Prepare exam rooms, materials, and documentation 
  • Support the secure handling, storage, and dispatch of exam papers and scripts 
  • Provide general administrative support across the Tuition Extra Group 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Clear, confident communication 
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy exam periods 
  • Commitment to safeguarding and exam integrity 

Desirable: experience in education or exams, familiarity with JCQ regulations, rota coordination, or SEND knowledge.
