We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our Engage Pathway team, supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and multi-sensory impairments (MSI).

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference by delivering a highly individualised, multisensory curriculum that promotes communication, cognitive development, physical skills, and emotional wellbeing.

We encourage all of our employees to further their career development and we respect initiative and ambition. We are committed to performance management, staff training, coaching, mentoring and peer support.  You will receive a structured process of induction and will benefit from the collective support of an experienced network of colleagues.

From all staff we expect commitment to the school and a desire to improve and excel. As part of this commitment, teachers are expected to be willing and able to move between departments to further their professional development and support the school.  Further information about the responsibilities of the role can be found in the attached job description.
