Hours: 35 hours per week Mon - Friday 8.00 am - 3.30 pm Contract: Permanent Actual Salary: Medway D2 4- 11 (£20,401.56 - £23,204.82 Actual Hours)

Ebbsfleet Green Primary School is looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team, working with two- and three-year-olds as part of our growing provision. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, learning, and wrap-around support for our youngest children, working closely with colleagues and families to help them thrive.

About the Role:

As part of the Early Years team at Ebbsfleet Green, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day care and development of children aged 2–3 in a nurturing, stimulating environment

  • Foster a warm, inclusive and emotionally secure setting that encourages children to thrive

  • Work collaboratively to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning opportunities

  • Support wraparound provision as part of our nursery care offer

  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring effective communication and a shared focus on children’s wellbeing

  • Contribute to our positive, child-centred school ethos as part of the wider Ebbsfleet Green team

Who You Are:

You will be someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or a full and relevant equivalent)

  • Is passionate about early childhood education and child development

  • Has experience working within the EYFS framework

  • Demonstrates a nurturing, empathetic, and patient approach

  • Has strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example

  • Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Is committed to safeguarding and ongoing professional development
