We are looking for a deputy headteacher to play a vital part in our academy’s senior leadership team, leading by example and challenging us to deliver the very best learning opportunities for our students.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the highest quality of teaching, learning and assessment in their own practice. They will be capable of inspiring both our staff and students; work closely with the head of academy to share our strategic vision with staff, students, parents/carers and key stakeholders; and help make our ambitious plans for the academy a reality by being a transformational leader who can coach teachers and motivate our staff to develop dynamic and reflective practice.
