The Role 

As Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, strengthen engagement, and support business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead innovative campaigns, manage content and social media, and translate insight into action. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Marketing Development 

• Develop and implement transformational marketing strategies aligned to business objectives. 
• Leverage market research, trends, and innovative ideas to drive growth. 
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive, impactful marketing initiatives and brand messaging. 

Brand Management 

• Uphold and strengthen our brand identity through consistent, high-quality messaging.
• Work closely with design teams to ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards. 

Copywriting & Content Creation 

• Create and deliver engaging, original content across multiple social media platforms. 
• Monitor trends and analytics to inform content strategy and improve engagement. 
• Produce compelling, transformational copy for websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns. 
• Ensure all content reflects brand voice while remaining engaging, informative, and action-driven.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that resonates with target audiences. 

Campaign Execution & Analysis 

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate marketing campaigns with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Use data and analytics to assess performance, refine creativity, and optimise strategy.
• Encourage innovation, open communication, and shared ownership of success. 

Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance 

• Implement best practice marketing processes to maximise efficiency and impact. 
• Regularly review and refine strategies based on performance and market changes. 
• Ensure all outputs meet high-quality standards and reflect our commitment to excellence. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience in a marketing management role, working with multiple stakeholders. 
• Proven ability to create and implement end-to-end marketing strategies with clear KPIs. 
• Demonstrable success in driving marketing growth and delivering results. 
• Strong digital marketing expertise and analytical capability. 
• Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. 
• A proactive, adaptable, and reliable approach. 
• Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
