Fortis Trust is seeking to appoint a skilled and creative teacher of PSHCE to join our dedicated team at Bradfields Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of PSHCE education within a forward-thinking and inclusive specialist environment.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with a strong understanding of PSHCE, RSE, Life Skills and Careers. They will be passionate about improving outcomes for students with a wide range of learning needs, including complex profiles of autism and associated conditions.

Bradfields Academy offers a personalised curriculum, and our PSHCE provision currently includes:

  • ASDAN Life Skills
  • BTEC Programmes (Entry Level 1) in Health & Social Care and Child Care Studies

 We welcome applications from both experienced educators and ECTs with a flair for adapting content and delivering impactful, student-centred lessons.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a clear understanding of effective SEN pedagogy, student care and support.
  • Be able to differentiate learning effectively and creatively.
  • Show vision and drive to develop and deliver a meaningful and aspirational PSHCE curriculum.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and teamwork skills.
