St Clement’s Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint an inspiring and committed Assistant Headteacher with a strong focus on raising standards to join our leadership team.

The Role 

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and skilled leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for all pupils. The successful candidate will: 

  1. Lead on raising standards in teaching, learning and attainment across the school
  2. Use data intelligently to identify priorities, drive improvement and close gaps
  3. Support, challenge and develop staff to deliver consistently high-quality teaching
  4. Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school
  5. Model and promote the school’s Christian vision and values in daily practice

  2. Has strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  3. Is committed to inclusive practice and high expectations for every child
  4. Has a clear understanding of assessment, curriculum development and school improvement
  5. Is supportive of, and committed to, the ethos and values of a Church of England school
