Salary: Kent Scheme C; £25,252 - £26,262.  Actual salary based on 27 hours per week for 41 weeks per year £16,885 - £17561

We are seeking a motivated and conscientious HR assistant to join our busy HR Team.  The successful candidate will have good organisational and administrative skills and will be able to prioritise workload, use their initiative and work to deadlines.  Working in the HR Team will require discretion and an understanding of confidentiality.  

Duties will include providing operational and administrative support in relation to staff recruitment, staff cover, CPD and HR processes.  You will receive and respond to communication and work to deliver HR support to the whole school.  You will be able to work effectively with others and be adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.  

The working hours are expected to be 27 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during school term-time plus 10 days during school holidays (41 weeks per year).  The working day would start at 7:30 am
