Renaissance Education is seeking a visionary and dynamic Headteacher to lead our specialist provision with passion, integrity and strategic foresight. As a Headteacher you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, safeguarding and wellbeing. 
  • Champion the school's ethos: Kind, Safe, Respectful and Hardworking, while promoting compassion, inclusion and equility. 
  • Lead and develop a skill multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of coollaboration and continuous improvement. 
  • Drive innovation in curriculum design and therapeutic approaches tailored to ASC.
  • Ensure compliance with the Independent School Standards, SEND code of practice and Ofsted Regulations. 
  • Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the wider community to support holistic outcomes for pupils. 

We are looking for an insiring leader with:

  • Proven experience in strategic school leadership, ideally within SEND or specialist settings.
  • A deep commitment to inclusive eduation and pupil wellbeing.
  • The ability to lead with empathy, clarity and purpose.
  • A track record of driving school improvement and fostering professional growth.
