Our School is looking to appoint additional support to our teaching, learning and pastoral team. The Thrive Practitioner will support the social and emotional development and wellbeing of our pupils to ensure they feel safe, supported and ready to learn.  This is a permanent role and would suit a candidate who can be flexible working across all KS2 year groups. 

You will be responsible for working with individual pupils or small groups and will support in behaviour management and keeping pupils on task. You will also supervise at playtime and lunchtime daily.

This role is for 37 hours a week, term time only. Ideally, the appointment will commence as soon as possible after interview. Salary will be paid as Kent Scheme D £26,393 FTE (£22,315.68 pro rata).
