About the Role

As Assistant Headteacher, you will:

  • Support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in strategic and day-to-day leadership.
  • Champion our Christian ethos and inspire staff and pupils to live out our values.
  • Lead on key areas of school improvement, curriculum development, and staff professional growth.
  • Teach a KS2 class, modelling outstanding practice and commitment to pupil achievement.
  • Serve as Subject Leader for Maths, driving excellence across the curriculum.

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status and a degree.
  • Has leadership experience and a strong understanding of high-quality teaching.
  • Communicates effectively, builds strong relationships, and inspires others.
  • Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and the Christian foundation of our school.
  • Demonstrates resilience, integrity, and a passion for continuous improvement.
