Job role: Inclusion Manager      

Salary: FMAT Band E Point 1 £32,810.00 (FTE)   

Contract Status: Permanent

Contract Start Date: December 2025

Hours: 37 hours per week

The Trust is looking to recruit an Inclusion Manager to oversee the day to day operation of the SEND team and application of the SEND policies and procedures within the school with the aim of raising achievement of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and to assist in managing the provision offered to Vulnerable Groups; including Pupil Premium and High Ability Students.

 

We are looking for a candidate with energy and a passion for providing the best outcomes for our students, who has;

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Knowledge of the range and type of interventions available and be able to apply these appropriately in the context of the School's resources and the individual child.
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team to complete tasks conscientiously and to a high standard.
  • To work in a sensitive and diplomatic manner, having regard for the confidential nature of their work
  • The ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
  • A passion for driving up standards and improving outcomes for all students
  • High levels of organisation, proactivity and positivity.
  • A high standard of general education, including English (written and spoken) and Maths at GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above/7 or above, as well as excellent IT and interpersonal skills.
