PART-TIME ECONOMICS TEACHER (0.5FTE - 0.6FTE)

Required from January 2026/September 2026, an enthusiastic, well-qualified teacher of Economics to teach bright, well-motivated pupils an extremely popular subject which achieves high results at all levels.  At KS4, take up is strong, and pupils study OCR GCSE Economics. Economics is a popular subject at A level with two large groups annually in each year group. The A Level specification taught is that of the Edexcel Examination Board, with the usual micro and macro topics covered in Lower and Upper Sixth. Our two Economics teachers are enthusiastic about their subject, well-qualified and dynamic, inspiring and enthusing our pupils year on year. A large number of A level pupils go on to study Economics or related degrees at university with notable success.
