About the Role

As Headteacher, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, safeguarding, and wellbeing.

  • Champion the school’s ethos: Kind, Safe, Respectful, and Hardworking, while promoting compassion, inclusion, and equity.

  • Lead and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Drive innovation in curriculum design and therapeutic approaches tailored to ASC.

  • Ensure compliance with Independent School Standards, SEND Code of Practice, and Ofsted regulations.

  • Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the wider community to support holistic outcomes for pupils.
