We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lesson Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you will provide valuable classroom supervision in the absence of the subject teacher or mentor. While this is not a teaching position, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support students in the classroom
· Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
· Follow lesson plans and provide basic instruction as needed
· Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
· Adapt to a varied and changing routine

You are a great fit if you have:
· Experience working with children in a classroom setting (e.g. Teaching Assistant)
· Strong classroom management skills
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A flexible and positive attitude
